When choosing a Led light, there is no need to decide what shade (warm or cool white) of light you want from the luminaire. The colour temperature, i.e. the shade of light produced by the luminaire, can be adjusted by choosing LedStore’s TUNNELMA family of LED strips. The colour temperature of the strip varies from a warm, around 2 700 Kelvin to a cold bluish, around 6 500 Kelvin. It is suitable for any space where you want to change the mood of the lighting. In addition to the colour temperature, the light control dims the lighting to the appropriate level.
TUNNELMA led ribbon lighting
The TUNNELMA led strip eliminates the difficulty of choosing between white light shades. The most common colour temperatures, or light tones, of LedStore’ s led luminaires are 3 000K, which is roughly equivalent to the light tone of a halogen lamp, and 4 000K, which is a neutral white light tone. One of the great things about the TUNNELMA CCT led strips is that the light temperature can be adjusted via a wired or wireless wall switch. The warmest light tone is obtained at 2 500 Kelvin, creating a warm yellow light with orange tones. The colour temperature can be adjusted up to 6 500 Kelvin, giving a cold bluish light. The colour rendering index, CRI, of the strips is over 90, which means that the colours of the illuminated space are reproduced very naturally.

Infinitely variable adjustment of the light colour temperature
It is worth noting that although the white light from the HINT – led strip can be changed in tone, the luminaire also produces a neutral white light in the middle of the scale, with no bluish or yellowish tint. In this case, the colour temperature of the light is adjusted to the so-called. to an average temperature of around 4 000 Kelvin. A wireless, wall-mounted button is the most common way to adjust the light. It provides infinitely variable adjustment of both the light tone and dimming.
The technical implementation of the light colour change is based on the fact that the luminaire has two LED circuits, cold and warm. When the mixing ratio of these is changed with a knob, the colour temperature of the light changes. On the button, the implementation is handled in such a way that the dimming is switched to the colour temperature control by double-clicking the button.
